Stay strong and take a moment to reflect and refocus on your goals. Center yourself and try to move forward on a clean slate. If you are having issues getting back on a "plan", gradually make small changes. Before you know it, you'll be right where you want to be.
I now it's hard. I've fallen off the wagon too many times to count. Just get up, brush off, and hop back on.
