Seems like I hit a little plateau. I figured I would hit one sooner or later. I'm glad I hit it now. I guess its not a bad place to rest for a while! I hope to bump this in the butt and get started again but will take it one day and meal at a time. I got some good exercise in today, and I changed it up a little. I even got a little slow swimming in to change things!! I hope everyone is doing well!

I have to go get some things done, so I'll make this one short today!! Have a great Friday everyone and an awesome weekend too!!!

My husband also hit a plateau. He had an indulgence day though were he doubled his RDI. The next day he was up, but it sort of revved his metabolism and he went on to lose every bit he was up plus an additional 2 pounds that week.

That was great!! I'm glad he did well! I'm not worried about it. I know they happen, and I've had them happen to me more than once. I think I kind of hovered around this weight on the way up, so I figured I'd do the same on the way down!!

Yeah they say everyone hits plateaus in their journey. Things like, the first ten pounds are easier to lose than the last ten. Forward progress, that's the goal ! You should be proud of your accomplishments to date and your long term vision ! :)
