Powerbars= *beeeeeeeping* Bull$H!T.


okay, so the powerbar plan is no longer in effect... unless its just the plain bars. Those only have 1.5 grams of fat and i believe 19g of sugar for 230 calories. Not bad, i guess. And they taste pretty good.

Today I ate 2/3 of one, and i felt totally sick while doing my cardio. In fact, i still feel sick and disgusting. Im thinking I should just try to eat a very protein and good carb breakfast.
Cereal with banana or oat meal seems to work for me, but I havent had those things one hand... :[
If i cant get a good breakfast, I might try bread, cottage cheese and lunch meat. Its heavenly, actually.

I'm sooooooo fucking SORE! My legs are hurting me like 24/7. I hate it. My stomach hurts when i dont eat- not only the actual organ, but my whole sides. Its like my muscles are screaming, "HELLO! WE NEED REPLENISHMENT OVER HERE!!!!"

I worked out very hard today because I know I wont have time for cardio tomorrow. Its going to be a busy day, but i'll probably still find some time to maybe do some crunches.

Since i have been doing endurance exercises, I have noticed a difference already. I like it alot :]
My thighs dont look as fat, and my stomach looks smaller. I just wish the 'cellulite-ish' look would go away on both of them.
I dont know why people have come out with all this hype over cellulite... its like a fancy name for plain old fashioned "cottage-cheese thighs", or whatever body part it might be on.

Looking forward to resting tomorrow, for sure.

try the Fiber One chocolate & oat bars- they are SO good!!!

Are you drinking A LOT of water? Your muscles will thank you if you drink 3-4 liters of water daily! I like the Special K Protein meal bars before I work out. They have about 180 calories & 10g of protein in them. The Chocolate Peanut butter bar is my favorite!
