Want to say sorry to my SUNSHINE SEEKERS. Let them down this week with part of the challenges. Came down with a nasty cold, sore throat, runny noise, and brick on the chest feeling. Can't hardly talk. My son is worried. He keeps telling everyone when they come to our house be quite, leave mommy alone she's sick. He informed his dad that he needed to make dinner cause I can't talk. Very cute.

On food front: Going shopping today and Keeping up with the challenges this week. Need to get this scale going in the correct direction. Also would like to be down in 155 by Thanksgiving when I see all my family, aunts, uncles that I haven't seen since easter. Easter I was at 152, so 155 wont look so bad.

This is the kind of week its been. Kids are slowing down with sports so we're not going every night. Will beable to keep the food in better control.

better get going and get breakfast ready.

Take care of yourself. Enjoy the little things. Once, when I was sick, single mom, the kids made me dinner, cheese sandwich with red hots for garnish! I'll never forget it! :) Gotta love the little things!!

You didn't let anyone down. Did you see the challenge results for week 4.. We are Golden!!! How could we blame you for being sick!! Your dedication to the team is admirable but you have to take care of yourself first and foremost. Don't overdo after being sick, give your body time to heal all the way. You are doing fantastic. Your son sounds adorable! I love it the way he wants to take care of his mommie.
