Monday weigh in : 261. I think that's pretty darn good, just going up 1 pound. I have physical therapy today, and will be going to the gym too, so I'm not concerned at all. I am still in a pretty good mood from yesterday's shopping expedition to wally world. We got the necessary grocery items we needed, and I got my kitchen mallet!! But besides that, I got the cutest little hair band!! There was only one, so I threw it into the buggy. The hubs just kind of raised one eyebrow, and I just laughed. I then explained to the dear one, that my jeans were getting exceedingly baggy. I got 2 very nice pair of jeans, and they are stretch denim. I have always liked the stretch denim. But I only had to try on the ones I had liked and they fit!!! I was sooo happy!! Now I'm in a size 20!!! Woo Hoo!!
I know that the sizes get kind of wonky, but these were nice and comfy, not tight and binding!! One pair is elastic waisted, and the other pair is zip up. These should last me through the fall and winter. I do have one pair of regular denim jeans, but I have to fix that dang rip over the knee. The material is so thin and worn there on both sides. Haven't yet figured out what I'm going to do to repair them.
I do know that they are going into a box or a bag, and they are going to go either to the thrift store or somewhere!! I have to go through my shirts too. The 3x's are kind of puzzling, as a few are way big, and some are more like a 2x size. I just know that the tank tops are mostly going to go!
Speaking of going, I have to get ready to leave for therapy. I hope everyone's weekend was great!! Have a good Monday!!!
