I am using a standard scale and I need to go buy a digi this week, because I never trust analog, although my weight loss seems to be real since my pants are much looser thru the waist. We shall see when I get the digi
235.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

be careful with the digital scales! They can be very inaccurate as well....especially if you move the scale around (try keeping it in the same place without moving it - which is true of analog as well). I suggest you do some research to find out which company is most accurate. We had a digi scale that would record a different weight every time you stepped on the scale - sometimes up to 1-2 lbs difference...we tossed that one and bought a reliable one - sorry i can't remember the brand. Also, try not shifting your weight/leaning too much on the scale - that tends to throw it off as well.... Unfortunately...you get what you pay for...the more $$$ you dish out for a digi usually the more accurate....good luck!
