I had my monthly this week so it wasn't as good as I hoped. I did pretty good until I was given a plate of special fried rice, yum. And when I get home, I'm served cuban food, but besides that I've been good all week.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
