so 2day i started my exercise regime. I did one hour cardio in the gym and then another hour aerobic dancing with my friends. 2 of my friends have been aerobic dancing everyday since jan (so thts lk 11 months) and the both lost 3 stones each (20 kgs). AMAZEBALLS! im next!!
