I have had only one other all-out cheat day since August. That time it took me almost an entire week to lose the 4 lbs I gained. This time it only took 2 days so I am very grateful!
I am going to try and avoid another full day of cheating. It really makes me feel yucky. But I have to be honest, I am planning on one small helping of my uncle's oyster dressing on Thanksgiving. We alternate Thanksgivings between my husband's family and my family so I only get his awesome oyster dressing every other year.
I had joined a challenge a couple of days ago - Atkins-20lbs by Christmas - and for some reason I got kicked out of it. I had not done anything wrong and I was weighing in every day. It kind of hurts my feelings....its like I am a failure because I had one really BAD day of cheating.
