I started a new diet! Six meals a day, 3 meals and two snacks (fruit only). I'm happy because I just need to lose a few pounds for maintain me!!!!!!
143.3 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
