Things are going very well, I have started water running, it is very low impact and much easier then swimming not as many calories burned but getting me ready for a return to the track.
My leg and back still really hurt and I can't walk or stand for any length of time yet but I am losing weight physiotherapy is helping. I hope this condition passes as I lose more weight.
I want to walk pain free, and eventually run. I have expanded my bike rides to 22km's it doesn't all that much longer and I get in a better workout.
