Have not lost any weight for about a week now. I have lost 3/4th of a inch. Maybe it will happen next week, since I am starting a new job!! On july 30th, 2013 I weighed 221 and today I weigh 201- so that is about 3.3333 lbs a week which is not to shabby!!
