Holding at 266 despite the crazy weekend!! Thats a good thing I guess!!

I managed to save a little of my pico de gallo for myself!! It does taste good!! I think I'll do some quick searches in the cook book here for some fast and easy chicken recipes. I am getting kind of burnt out trying to think of new things to do with chicken!! I have to get the small slow cooker back out and make something for supper tonight. Not sure what it will be.. I'll think of something!!

I'm off to get my breakfast/lunch. I really am being lazy on setting an alarm to get up on the days the hubby takes the car to work. I really love to sleep in, especially when I get so comfy!!! I guess I'll get straightened out eventually!!

Have a wonderful day everyone!!! Keep that diet battle raging!!! I'll be right here ready to back you up!!!

I got a really good one from this site in the recipe area. Chicken thighs and vegetables. It was really very good! I like to make soup in mine too. Just take about 5 or 6 ounces of some kind of meat and cut it in chunks. Add the vegetables of your choice, add some bouillion or broth base, and depending on your slow cooker size (mine is 3 1/2 quarts) add water to within 1 inch of the top. Turn on high for 5 hours and you have a great pot of soup when you get home from work!
