Its Monday,and for those that celebrate, Happy Labor day!!

I think I'll weigh myself tomorrow instead of today. Besides, I got up a little late, and had to run to get to the Physical Therapist today. She gave me a good workout though!! I just hate when she works on those muscles that are giving me grief in my glutes!! I never knew one little tight muscle could cause so much pain!!! But it was worth it! I'm moving lots better than when I first started, and I'm getting those abs and core muscles back in shape and toned!!

We're having a neighborhood picnic of sorts today. Everyone gets or makes something and brings it to my porch, and I cook on the grill. Makes for a fun day and great time to socialize with friends! We all agreed and do this on Memorial day, The Fourth of July and Labor day. Standard fare too, burgers, hot dogs, iced tea, etc. I made my home made Pico de Gallo too. The ASN loves it!! I make sure I make enough so she can take some home. She puts it on everything and eats it with the chips too...lol!!

Time for me to scoot, got to get the utensils and burgers and get them out on the grill. Have a wonderful day!!
