Was right back up 2 pound this morning. Kind of depressing, and feeling pretty beaten up.

On a brighter side, I spoke with my provider yesterday about my diet and she said I was right on track with what she suggests. I only wish I could see more consistant movement on the scales. At least a weekly loss of a pound or two.

Rajah, you had a 2 pound loss between October 20 and 27th. That is 2\ pounds a week. Your 2 popund uptick today is probably just fluid retention and it will be gone tomorrow. Your weight can fluctuate between 2 and 5 pounds a day. That is why you should only weigh once a week.

I know this, but, I seem to only be losing a pound or two every two weeks. I was hoping for a weekly loss.

Well you are having a weekly loss, it just is less than you would like, but truly any loss or maintaining is better than a gain IN THE LONG RUN. The temporary gains aren't what you need to look at, but the overall picture and since the 28th of September, you have lost 6 pounds. That is an average of 1.5 pounds a week. That is a nice, steady, sustainable weight loss.
