Getting back on the horse today. So, that makes it the first day to a long road of recovery and find new and good eating habits. My recent little relapse caused me to acquire diabetes, but at least its still low enough that i can control it with food and exercise. Plus, all the weight has done a number on my lower and upper back/neck. Goodtimes.
