Well today was okay...I did well on my diet...

I now have a full fledged cold and it's really got me sleepy...I don't feel well at all...I'll probably eat my dinner, take a long, hot bath, and go to bed really early.

I did walk for 30 min. today...and tried to do some Tae Bo, but kept coughing...so I figured I'd take today as a rest day...but I did get in my minimum of 30 min. of cardio! Go me!

At least I know it's working (the videos) because I'm SORE all over...but it feels so good because I know it's affecting my muscles!

I'm going to do my exercise routine Mon-Fri, and clean house and wash clothes and have family time on Sat. & Sun.

I'm also cutting back on the low carb sweets. I can have a chocolate treat on Sundays and Wednesdays and have SF jello Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri if I want since it has no carbs.

I'm also cutting back on cream!!!

Well, I'm going to go eat my dinner and get ready for bed!

Awe... yes, take care to rest, get your tea in you and plenty of fluids. Great job on restricting the sweets and cream, too! Feel better!

Eat well and rest, exercise may be too much for you right now. If you follow your diet, you'll maintain until you can get back in the swing of things.
