I use a mix of Costco no salt organic seasoning mixed with panko flakes and extra Hungarian smoked paprika. I put it in an empty seasoning shaker and just spray the fish with olive oil or grape seed oil and sprinkle it on the top in the air fryer. It's very good and keeps the fish moist.
