Its been a really bad couple of weeks. I have been enableing myself and mu boyfriend into unhealthy things, like beer and smoking. But starting back tomorrow i am going back to my strick healthy diet and running 3 times a week and lifting 3 times a week. I want to be under 200 lbs before christmas.
