Need to get back on track and re-lose those 5 lbs I gained since last weigh in. Things were going well when I was keeping track of things on a regular basis. I've now retired, so am trying to exercise more and take better care of myself.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
