I almost don't want to type in my new weight. If I waited until tomorrow, I know it would be under 170. But I was down five pounds since my last dr visit. Why does that number still scream failure to me? I NEEDED it to stop at 169.9. Pleaded at the numbers with my mind. I didn't gain, but I still feel the way that I thought I would feel if I did gain. I need to work harder. Try harder. Count more. Exercise more. Do. This. Faster.

You need to give yourself a break. You are losing fine. Losing weight is a marathon, not a sprint. The faster it comes off the faster it will come back on. Slow loss means you are learning how to keep it off. It will happen and be proud of your loss.
