So I've been working out hardcore at the gym... Im still loosing the weight according to the scale slowly but the inches are still coming off quickly! Also my BF has gone down a total of 2.5%! TJ says he can definitely tell a difference in my weight loss when I send him pictures. He should be coming home for R n R in approx 4 1/2 months so I have some time! :-)
159.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
