Up another pound. I really need to make some major changes. I have been eating a lot more veggies and fruit, but I'm still drinking pop. That has to go. I was really thinking the other day. How much do I want to lose weight? The rate I'm going I'll just keep gaining. So no more excuses. And here's to starting fresh this Sunday. :)
