I wish I knew how important it was to learn about calories and exercises in time after giving birth to my son. Then, I had a lot of excuses and I am realising how important it is to look great and be the glowing fabulous woman I am.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
