Today Bill and I are starting on the Dukan Diet again with the Attack Phase. We had good success on losing weight on this diet a year ago, and while I haven't gained it all back, I know that Bill is probably thinking he has. Neither of us wants to be at this weight when we retire. So . . . it is time to bite the bullet and not indulge. It is going to be hard, especially coming off the trip to Thailand where we ate so well and so much and the food was so good. . . . But we have to do it. And I have to be the one evidently to organize it. D
