I'm sooo tired! I had to work at 1am till about 4, then I tried to lay down and get a little rest, only to wake up at 7, work again from 8-1:45.

Now I still need to get to the grocery and a workout? I hate to say it, but I might have to pass in lieu of sleep. I'll see how I feel after going to the grocery store and taking a little catnap. I really want to workout because it's like last chance workout before weigh in tomorrow morning.
