So right now I'm keeping my eating in check. Basically, I'm finding comfort in focusing heavily on what I eat. Calorie counting was never really my thing, that's why I love Weight Watchers... but the last few days I've found a great sense of calm keeping my calorie count very low by choice while still eating when I was hungry and liking everything I eat. I think it boils down to it being the only thing I CAN control and I need that right now.
