Didn't keep up over the weekend because I had my girls birthday weekend and my phone couldn't look up new food. I hope the site expands to where I can look up items on the go. I don't think I really went over too much...possibly drinks might have pushed me over. I also had my period and felt queasy one and a half days which casues me to eat less. Sunday, my return day I suspect I went over because we ate on the road I feel good about the food counter. Its really opened my eyes!
