I keep saying to myself "TODAY WILL BE THE DAY..." Then I fail and I'm getting really tired of it. I really only need to loose about 20 lbs, 30 would be great. The month of October is my month. I WILL DO IT THIS TIME!!!! I don't know why I can't stick to my points, my doctor thought some of my problem was insulin resistance. I don't want to blame that because I know that my problem is overeating. I am tired of being overweight but every day I overeat with the excuse of I'll do better tomorrow. Well, it just seems like tomorrow never comes. I have to make a change and it it going to start today.
