I think I'm finally getting the mind set, kept my calorie count under 1500, I'm eating lots of beans, so i suppose that's why I'm not getting too hungry. I'm doing a fish, egg, dairy vegetarian diet right now. Second day of staying away from my beloved dark chocolate. Also been maintaing my stab at drinking tea without sweetener. Not liking it yet but not too awful.
