Not sure why my weight went up. I did have 1/4 tsp raspberry extract with my tea & 1 tsp grated cheese. Okay, I thought I could substitute the cheese for the 1 tbsp of milk I didn't have. Guess that wasn't good. Oh well, let's keep moving.

My church is fasting all this month. So today, I will join in - I will sacrifice half my daily allowance. In other words, 1 protein; 1 vegetable; and 1 fruit.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
