It's Friday!! (everyone doing the happy dance) Its Friday!!
I actually have a little extra cash today, and I'm taking my big ol' butt to the gym, and the pool!!! And the hot tub!!!

It got a little cool here last night. How do I know?? I didn't check the weather, no, not me......my hips and legs and back hurt like hell ALL NIGHT!!! They only hurt like that when it gets cooler!!! AAAAAHHHH!!!!

I still hurt a little. I took my pain pill when I got up this morning. I had to take the hubby to work so I could have the car to go to the Dr. I'll go jump in the shower, head off to the Doc, then maybe grab some lunch. then head to the gym!!! I have it on my to do list today, and I need to find out what its going to be for a six month membership.

This particular gym has a $7 a visit charge. You don't have to join if you don't want to. They have a nice place. Its on the small side, so the men and women have to share the pool on certain days. Women get it on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Perfect for me!!!

When I lose some more, and get a little more flexible, I just may try their Yoga classes. I have to get back into doing my Tai Chi (for arthritis) too. I really loved doing Tai Chi. No impact. Slow, gentle, purposeful movement. I got the cd from a link on the Arthritis Foundation website. Its called Tai Chi for Arthritis by Dr Paul Lam. Really good!! And great for us that have trouble doing conventional exercise!!

It teaches you good breathing too, to help relieve stress, and to relax. Time for me to go, I'll be back later to post my Dr. Visit!! Have a great morning!!!
