So I'm back home with my folks and This probably is not the best for me with trying and be consistent with writing and entering my food becasue we don't have great internet access.But I have come up with a plan!A Note book.Genus if I do say so my self. If I record my exercise and food in a note book I will at least be aware of what I'm putting in my body.As well as I can enter it all into fat secret in one cession instead of hoping the internet work and everything falls into place.
Today was a little high in the fat side and I know this weekend will be as well becasue we are having a cook out for my brother. So I've plan my workouts to be a little more intense those day so that I can be a little more lenient when we eat.I did a two hour work out cession today and about 45 min in I actually hit a runners high for the first time in a while. It was awesome! I'm kinda hoping it happens again soon.:) Any way that's about it hope fully I will be on tomorrow.

Wow! 2 hours! I really wish my ankle wouldn't kill me every time I walk for more than like 3 minutes :( :( :( I really want to work out again, so maybe I'll swing by the pool or something so I can get a little bit of cardio in :)
