Woo Hoo! into the 150's...been about 8 years since i weighed that. feeling much better but still not great energy. need to start exercise....yeah i know, how am i losing without exercise? i guess the diagnosis's i heard from the doc in april were enough to scare the crap out of me so i basically cut out (wait for it) butter..... looking back i think i probably ate about 1 pound of butter a week. GROSS! but i craved it...now doing without it, being put on metformin my metabolism is processing glucose properly now so Viola! anyway i'm pretty sure no butter has something to do with it too.....or fried foods, or fatty meats....blah blah blah. i swear it leaves a film in my mouth now! bluck! i'm discarding my "goal" weight and will decide i'll go by how i look, how i feel and how my blood work is. for now - still need more belly weight off. i'll get there! :)
