Down 5lb from alternative day fasting after 2 weeks. Not super dramatic weight loss (unlike my husband who already lost 8lb, of course lol), but sticking with it because it’s just super easy and I really feel tangible differences aside from weight loss. I can tell the inflammation in my body is down and I have less pain in my joints and my mental health is much better since doing this. I will continue until I’m at least another 20 pounds down.
