I've just finished my breakfast, a small bowl of oatmeal +/- 100ml. i planned my own meal plan because all i found on the other sites is hardly to do in here. Right now I'm in Harbin, China studying Chinese language and planning to take the master degree in here. I lived at the dormitory and don't have my own kitchen, so I cannot prepared my own meals. The other problems is the meals, that i can find around here always served with white rice. That's why I'm thinking to use my own meal plans by limiting the calories intake 1300 kcal per day.
