RMR test performed at Dexafit in Pensacola yesterday.
Confirmed my suspicion.

1050 calories/day

New Plan:
1250/day on workout days MTRF
1050/day on none workout day W, Sun
1850/day on Sat
1275/day weekly average should lead to modest weight loss

break even point basis:
May 2019 shut up eat clean challenge
1481kcal (Fat: 77.03g, Protein: 106.70g, Carbs: 101.71g)
lost 1 pound : walked everyday, worked out MTRF
