Well it has not been easy not to gain weight working from home. I have gain 10 pounds since 2 month. I have to start doing something because I gave out all my big cloth. I will start again today and it will be hopefully successful this time.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
