Hit the targets for week 2. Blood pressure 112/66 without medication. A first. Big victory. Doctor very impressed with progress, wants to do blood work up at next appt 8/15. Need to manage focus on managing nutrients as well as intake now. Been doing this a bit, but need to concentrate on it.
285.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
