my friend Vanolira started a group on facebook called "Lets get PHAT" PHAT standing for physically healhty and trim together. Yesterday was out first "meet and greet" and we took a 1 mile walk, when I came home, I was already down 1 lb!! so of course, i ran online to record my weight because I was so excited. Then this morning, I found out....I didnt lose 1lb....I lost 3!!! How great is this?!! My goal is to be 240-245lbs by my birthday on October 26th.....think I can do it?
