I've almost made it to my goal weight! My next goal is to get fit. I've made some huge changes in my diet and exercise routines since January and it has seriously changed my life for the better. I haven't posted much on here but I plan to do so starting tomorrow. I feel as though it might help keep me more motivated. I love seeing others fatsecret journeys ♡
