30 days, 9 pounds down.
I'm already noticing some changes in the way my clothes fit; I'm currently wearing my favorite jeans from Old Navy (The Flirt cut). Two weeks ago they were so tight that I wasn't able to squat down or raise my legs to knee level while wearing them. Today the waistband is significantly looser, and I have a lot more room in the thighs.
The biggest change that I've made is that I'm not eating snacks anymore. I used to sit at my computer and have a box of crackers next to me. After starting this diet, I realized that when I was eating, I wasn't hungry. I'm now able to tell if I actually need to eat or not. If I do, I'll have yogurt or a piece of fruit in-between meals, but not much more than that.
My meals are now more defined than they were before. I used to graze throughout the day (and not very low-calorie foods, mind you. I used to be able eat a 900 calorie pizza all by myself).
