Char Gets Thin's Journal, 05 July 2013

Worked hard yesterday, we took a 5 mile walk (at 4 MPH),then a nice swim, then some yard work, some housework, and grilled dinner (I'm the grill chef in this household ;) ). But TODAY, I'm taking it easy! The Birthday Girl is gonna enjoy her day to the max!

We started off with a nice 45 min walk with the dog (3 MPH), then a nice 15 minute exercise swim (which to me means non-stop swimming :D ). Then a shower, now I'm all ready for our dinner out this evening! I have it all planned...not for diet purposes, but for ENJOYMENT! lol This is one day I don't worry about staying OP, it's a once a year happening, and I intend to ENJOY! So prime rib for dinner with the wonderful house dressing on my salad that Cody's Steak House makes, 'shrooms & onions on the side...and my Bahama Mamas, which I SO love! I seldom drink liquor, but when I do I drink it to enjoy the taste, and the fruity coconut flavor of those drinks just really make my foot tap. BOTH of 'em for that matter! :D

But tomorrow, it will be back to reality. UNTIL then, I'm going to play some computer games, look at the beautiful floral arrangement 2 of my grandkids sent me, and enjoy my day! Sure hope everyone else is having a WONDERFUL Friday, too! :)
