June 11- weight a whopping 152.02, felt awful. Has never been this heavy except when I was pregnant with my son. I will get through this, I know!

June 18- lost 2.02 = 150 lb
June 25- lost 2.0 = 148 lb
July 5 - Maintained at 148 despite Canada long weekend parties
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
