I went to a fitness/nutrition professional who has put me on this high protein high fibre diet. For the first four weeks here are the rules.
-eat every three waking hours -very low impact exercise for a minimum of half hour every 24 hour period. -take two rest days every seven -stretch and do exercises after working out -eat things high in protein, chicken, beef, eggs, fish or protein shakes, but with every protein intake intake at least one cup of cooked or raw vegetables. -eat all the vegetables you want -drink all the water you want -no dairy -no fruit (for now) -no junk food -no bread
The Dr is very concerned about my heart and back, I am however losing weight but I am very hungry.
What do you guys think?
