Find that I have put on 10 pounds in the last year after losing 30. I cannot let this continue but I need some guidance on acceptable foods etc.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Lots of resources on this app. It's all about portion control and finding a method that you can implement without feeling deprived. Adding exercise is also extremely important as is recording food intake. We're all different. There is no one size fits all. Best of luck on your journey.
