Apparently, my body (or is it?) is telling me this morning to eat everything in sight. So far, those things eaten have been low-carb, but I wonder why this is happening. I'm famished! Off to have a "real" breakfast.

they say if you are hungry, eat. I know what you mean, i have been walking in the morning and afterwards I have 2 eggs and 2 big sausuages, and then am hungry again. I find a deviled egg fills me us for a while, sometimes 3 hours!
