The girls and I walked about 5 miles yesterday and another 4.4 today so far. I'm really proud of the girls for hanging in there. Today they rode their bikes to and from the harbor. There is no tennis camp tomorrow, so maybe I can leave the girls home and walk by myself and actually get a good time and track my steps. I definitely hit the 10,000 steps I needed both days, I just hope I lose some weight in the process.
