so actually since getting a scale I know that I was more then I thought. however I'm losing weight and it feels good. so actually I'm on track and ill see the damn this.g go down soon enough
159.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
