Prior to starting this diet I was on Weight Watcher's and I went from 222 to 205 in 6 months. I wasn't overly thrilled with those results so I started to look into other diets. After reading Eat to Live I realized that trying to diet was the problem. I wasn't changing my eating habits I was just reducing the bad foods I was eating.
